Early Life
YouTuber Vy Qwaint is originally from Vietnam, where she lived with her parents. She later moved to Minnesota and then to Las Vegas, Nevada, US, because of her commitment to Project Zorgo.
Career
Vy Qwaint launched her YouTube channel in March 2014 but began uploading content on the platform in 2015. Vy later started gaining fame with her fictional Project Zorgo videos.
Before she became an internet star, she would post content on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle regularly. She is also known for her DIY videos and sharing hacks. In fact, she was initially seen on Chad Wild Clay’s channel, before teaming up with him to make content as a couple. They mostly posted funny videos, song covers, and parodies.
In August 2015, Vy posted the video titled Welcome to my world | Vy Qwaint Channel Trailer on her channel. Vy’s first video that gained over 2 million views was 20 HAIR HACKS Every Girl Should Know. She has also featured several internet celebrities, such as Rebecca Zamolo, Stephen Sharer, and Matt Yoakum, in her videos.
Vy Qwaint is also popular on Instagram, where she often posts pictures and video clips. She has also endorsed several fitness brands on the platform.
In 2015, Vy was seen as herself in the TV series documentary titled Cinematica, along with Chad. Vy has also been seen at events such as VidCon. In June 2018, Chad posted a photo of Vy teaching 600 people how to make engaging YouTube videos, at California’s Anaheim Convention Center Parking Garage.
Vy also looks after Chad’s online merchandise store, which sells apparel, phone cases, backpacks, and gift cards. It is believed, Vy and Chad have previously co-owned software and fitness businesses. The duo later built the multimedia entertainment franchise Spy Ninjas, which included the Spy Ninja Network gaming app. Daniel Gizmo, Melvin Ginera, and Regina Ginera are the other Spy Ninjas.
Vy now has over 11 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 761,000 followers on Instagram.
Family
Vy met Chad Wild Clay when he asked her if she wished to see his Spider-Man comic book collection. Chad later proposed to Vy at a movie theater. They got married in July 2011.
Vy is a fitness enthusiast. She also loves spending ample time with her family. Her nieces often visit her parents in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She once revealed that she was insecure in her high school years because of her height.
