He is also active on TikTok, Instagram and Twitter.

Early Life

Tuonto started attending Portland Community College in Portland, Oregon in 2019 and later completed his Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from there.

Career

When he was still a child, Tuonto was introduced to gaming by his mother who had shown him her favorite Nintendo game. He has been hooked on to gaming ever since, although he did not consider turning his passion for gaming into something more until the COVID-19 pandemic hit. He had initially started streaming on the now-defunct platform Mixer in 2018. While he had his YouTube channel since August 2014, he began creating content on YouTube as a hobby during the lockdown in 2020. He only posted a few videos throughout the year and usually shared clips from his Mixer livestreams featuring games such as Genshin Impact and The Convenience Store.

He began livestreaming on Twitch in early 2021 and primarily streamed Genshin Impact, while he also occasionally interacted with his fans on Just Chatting. Around this time, he also started to post more consistently on YouTube and shared clips of several challenge streams from Twitch. For instance he hosted a 21st birthday livestream in which he “rolled” for new characters every time someone subscribed to his channel. He hosted several such streams that were hugely popular and clips from those streams are still among his most watched videos on his YouTube channel. While he occasionally streamed horror games like Omori, Misao and Resident Evil Village, Genshin Impact remained a constant feature on his livestreams.

He began posting funny clips on TikTok in January 2020 and went viral on the platform after he posted a video about Pokimane, the most-followed female streamer on Twitch. He uploaded his first vlog on YouTube in November 2021, documenting a trip to Las Vegas. By then, he had started another YouTube channel called Tuontoes in October 2021 for bonus Tuonto contents. In January 2022, he created a third YouTube channel called Twoonto for gaming-related stories. Tuonto, who had previously showcased his singing on his livestreams, launched the channel TuontoMusic in September 2022 specifically for music and released in October the official lyrical video for his single Fly Me Away, which was released via StreamBeats Originals in July that year. Although he primarily shares clips from his livestreams on his YouTube channel, he is most popular on the platform with over a million subscribers, and has started making vlogs and other videos specifically for YouTube.
