Tooturnttony is the online alias of American social media personality, model, and wildlife conservation advocate Anthony Dawson who rose to fame on his TikTok profile @tooturnttony during the Covid-19 lockdowns in 2020. He is known for his comedy videos featuring his family members and domestic ducks. He is also active on the TooTurntTony YouTube channel and the @tooturnttony Instagram handle. He launched his own flavored malt beverage, "Too Turnt Tea", and is slated to appear in The Bachelor in 2024.
Early Life
Tooturnttony has been passionate about making videos since he was four years old. He later went to university to get a degree in filmmaking. He had started focusing on bodybuilding after he finished high school and was soon recruited as a model, although he left modeling a few years later after securing a job at a film production company in New York City.
Career
Tooturnttony often made videos with his friends in college, and was convinced by his friends to join the popular Vine app, although he was too busy to properly focus on it. In late 2019, as he had to stay in quarantine and work from home due to Covid-19 lockdowns, he started making videos on the TikTok app. He started to pose as a duck-rancher and made role-playing videos with his ducks in efforts to increase awareness of wetland conservation. His very first video with his duck went viral on the platform and his subsequent videos steadily contributed to his quick rise. He also made videos about him driving his mother crazy. His family members including his father, mother and sister were also featured in his videos about social experiments and other comedic content and became collectively known as the “TooTurntFamily”.
Family Life
Tooturnttony, real name Anthony Dawson, has two siblings named Dominic and Maria. He was allergic to other pets, which is why he got a duck as a pet early on in his life. He has two Pekin ducks. He gifted his mother a red corvette on her birthday in December 2022. He is reportedly dating “The Ski Mask Girl” Briana Armbrust.
