Shane Madej is a former BuzzFeed writer and video producer who gained recognition for creating popular videos such as "We Let Some Dogs Watch TV And They Were Positively Riveted" and "What Your Birthday Says About You." He co-ran the YouTube channel BuzzFeed Unsolved with Ryan Bergara. In December 2014, Madej posted his first video for BuzzFeed titled "Unusual Facts About Diet Coke," and he also worked as a producer on the BuzzFeed series It's Personal. In 2019, he left BuzzFeed and, together with Bergara and Steven Lim, founded Watcher Entertainment. His Instagram account, shanemadej, boasts over 900,000 followers and showcases numerous selfies as well as images of his video production work.
