The Italian-origin internet celebrity started his career with music but later switched to making funny food tutorials for his culinary series The Angry New Jersey Cooking Show. QCP’s real name is Gianluca Conte. He is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. QCP initially gained fame as a music producer and hip-hop artist and released a single titled Can’t Stop Me in 2017.

While he initially gained recognition with his music, QCP later shot to social media stardom with his TikTok video series known as The Angry New Jersey Cooking Show. His videos and viral food tutorials had him cooking up Italian and other delicacies, such as pasta, salmon, and tiramisu, with a tinge of humor and aggression. QCP posted his first video, When bae won’t kiss you, on August 10, 2019. It showed him mocking the then-viral Baby Girl Chill meme. However, he did not gain fame till January 1, 2020, when he posted the first episode of his culinary series The Angry New Jersey Cooking Show.
