Nick Eh 30 is the online alias of Canadian Twitch streamer, YouTuber and professional gamer Nicholas Amyoony who is best known for his family-friendly Fortnite content. He boasts of 180k eliminations on Fortnite: Battle Royale, which ranks him 49th in most eliminations, as well as 5k Fortnite wins. He is available on most social platforms and has an Instagram profile for his German shepherd, Max.
Early Life
Nick Eh 30 attended Prince Andrew High School in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, where he received high grades and also actively participated in taekwondo, guitar lessons, and football. However, he later gave up on extracurricular activities to focus on his aspirations of becoming a doctor. Although he was studying to become a doctor at Dalhousie University, after gaining popularity online, his father allowed him to take leave to focus on his gaming career. He eventually dropped out to focus on his gaming career fulltime.
Career
Nick Eh 30 became interested in videos games, particularly The Last of Us, at a young age and often played games on his PlayStation 3 during breaks. He joined YouTube in December 2014 and began making The Last of Us content including tips and tactics and funny in-game moments. In 2016, he expanded his content to include games like Uncharted 4 and Resident Evil 7, and in March that year, he received a shout-out from massively popular YouTuber PewDiePie, which further gave his channel a boost.
He started streaming professionally in 2017 and also started playing and making videos about Fortnite in December that year. While he had only about 50k subscribers before, Fortnite played a major role in his popularity. In 2018, he signed with the Creative Artists Agency. Although he livestreamed on YouTube initially, he signed an exclusivity deal with Twitch in 2019 and started streaming Fortnite on that platform in September. However, he continued to make shorter videos for YouTube. Later that year, he was included in the coveted Forbes 30 Under 30 Games category list for 2020.
In November 2020, he signed with Luminosity Gaming, which was announced during the Enthusiast Gaming Live Expo, although he left the organization on August 29, 2022. He partnered with Epic Games in November that year to host his own Fortnite tournament called the "Nick Eh 30 Cup". He collaborated with Mainframe Studios to produce the animated series Endurathon in 2023. In August that year, he hosted a $50,000 Fortnite Twitch Rivals tournament.

Nick Eh 30 was born as Nicholas Amyoony and is of Lebanese Canadian descent. His father currently serves as his manager. He has actively included his parents in his streaming career and also featured them in the video showing him unboxing his one million YouTube Play Button. His online alias is a combination of his nickname “Nick”; the stereotypical Canadian pronunciation of “A”, the first letter of his surname; and his high school football jersey number. In a Reddit AMA from November 2019, he mentioned that he had never been in a relationship.
