She also gained fame with her Ask LaToya series and other videos. She has also been part of the reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta and has penned 2 books, including an autobiography titled LaToya's Life: Uncut Mishaps of a YouTube Star. Early Life
LaToya Howard is from Scarborough, a suburb of Toronto, Canada. She is Trinidadian and moved to the US as a teenager, so that her mother could study in college.
She had a nomadic upbringing in the US and thus had no long-term friends. To counter her boredom and loneliness, she eventually turned to making videos. She later moved to Toronto.
Social Media Career
LaToya shot to fame with her YouTube channel, LaToya Forever, which she launched on January 20, 2009. Over the years, her entertaining life vlogs have amassed more than a million subscribers on the channel. She is known for her Ask Latoya: Q&A series and other videos, such as Outfit of the Day, parody clips, and relationship-based videos. Her initial videos had her feature her life experiences on YouTube as part of an open diary series. She now posts a new video on her primary channel every Wednesday.
LaToya also had a vlog channel named LaToya's Life. In July 2010, she uploaded a parody clip of the track Hold Yuh by Gyptian Ft. Nicki Minaj. She has also been part of the collaborative video titled THINGS BABIES DO TO PARENTS with Rochelle Clark in December 2014.
She is equally popular on other social media platforms, such as Instagram. Her Instagram account, latoyaforever, has fetched her over a million followers. She has gained a huge fan base on Facebook and Twitter too. She also appears on her daughter’s YouTube channels, Sam and the Fam and Samia’s Life.

Family Life
LaToya is the eldest of child of her parents, Nigel Wilson and Debbie Howard. Nigel has been a renowned baseball player.
LaToya grew up with her 7 siblings. One of her sisters, NoorsLife, is a well-known YouTube star in her own right.
LaToya is married to fellow social media star Adam Ali, who has his own popular channel on YouTube.
They are parents to daughter Samia, son Zayn, and another baby they had in 2019. Samia too has grown into a popular Youtuber, while Zayn has gained a huge fan base on Instagram.
