Kalden Trainor is an American social media star who is the grandson of Nepalese-Indian Sherpa mountaineer, Tenzing Norgay, and the brother of American actor, Tenzing Norgay Trainor. He uploaded Fortnight videos on a couple YouTube channels and was active on the challenge-focused channel Kalden & Shayaun 2, which he shared with his friend Shayaun Ghamsari. He was also active on musical.ly long before earning viral fame on TikTok for his POV videos.

Kalden Trainor is an athlete who participated in long jump and track. If he had not been on TikTok, he would want to be a detective as he thinks it is “sick”.
Career
Kalden Trainor, along with his friends Shayaun Ghamsari and Tate Sample, co-owned the YouTube channel The Challenge Crew, created in April 2016. The current earliest video on the channel, FEEDING THE HOMELESS! + 1,000 subscriber giveaway, was posted in April 2017. They subsequently released a music video called It's Every Month Bro - feat. TCC (Jake Paul parody), and continued to upload more music videos, dance challenges, sports challenges, and other funny videos. Following a few months’ hiatus, he and Shayaun made the video WE ARE BACK!, a skit about everyone wanting them to post new videos, in which they confirmed their return, adding that the channel will be renamed and have different content.
The channel is currently known as Kalden & Shayaun 2 and contains several 24 hour challenge videos featuring the two of them. One of such challenge videos, titled Getting TikTok Famous in 24 HOURS! and posted in August 2019, set the stage for Kalden’s rise on TikTok. Although he was previously active on the platform when it was still known as musical.ly, he became interested in returning to TikTok after it became very popular following the brand change. For the YouTube video, Shayaun challenged Kalden to feature on the TikTok “For You” page within 24 hours. He made several videos, including one about famous relatives featuring his brother Tenzing, one about dating and his half-Indian identity, and another funny skit in which he pretended to be “shit”. When they checked back 30 hours later, Kalden had amassed 117k followers and had officially become a popular TikToker. Apart from his shared YouTube channel, he used to upload Fortnight videos on a couple channels like Torcharino and Its Rip, although he became inactive on all his YouTube channels in 2019, shortly after going viral on TikTok.
Family Life
Kalden Trainor is the grandson of Tenzing Norgay, a Sherpa mountaineer who, along with New Zealand mountaineer Edmund Hillary, was one of the first two people known to certainly reach the summit of Mount Everest. His mother Deki Tenzing Norgay is the daughter of Tenzing Norgay from his third wife Dakku, while his father Clark Tulley Trainor is an American lawyer. He has an older brother named Tenzing Norgay Trainor, who is an actor known for his role as Parker Rooney on Disney's Liv and Maddie, and a younger brother named Yonden.
