Canadian TikTok sensation, actor, producer, musician, and entrepreneur Josh Richards is a multidimensional personality. He first shot to fame on TikTok and later ventured into films. He has been part of films such as The Cardinal Sin and Summertime Dropouts. He loves sports and can speak multiple languages. Early Life
Josh is from Ontario, Canada. In January 2020, he moved to the US. By 7, he began training in hip hop dance. After a year, he switched to sports and played ice hockey, among other sports.
He was 13 when he launched the hockey merchandise company Berserk Hockey. At 14, he started his social media journey with musical.ly (later named TikTok).
By 2017, he already had a manager. In 2018, he bagged his first promotional collaboration, with a shoe company named Call It Spring. The same year, he was named a VIP guest at Toronto’s Rock Your Hair Tour event.
Social Media Career
After beginning his social media career with his TikTok account, joshrichards, Josh Richards gained millions of fans on the platform. He later launched a second TikTok account, neverlosejosh.
In 2019, Josh joined the Los Angeles-based all-boys social media collective Sway House, along with fellow social media stars Anthony Reeves and Jaden Hossler. In July 2020, he started uploading dance videos on Triller. He has millions of followers on Instagram and is also popular on YouTube.
Josh also had a tiff with TikToker Lil Huddy. Josh sells his own line of merchandise and has promoted top-notch brands, such as Champion and Call It Spring.
Beyond Social Media
Josh made his acting debut with the comedy Halloween Party, produced by his own production house, CrossCheck Studios, and STXfilms. One of his best roles was as Jonathan in The Cardinal Sin.
He has also been part of the films Summertime Dropouts, Brother's Keeper, and Under the Stadium Lights. In 2020, Josh bagged a recording contract with Warner Records and released his single Still Softish, featuring Bryce Hall.

Josh Richards grew up with his 2 younger siblings: his brother, William, and his sister, Olivia. He began dating social media sensation Nessa Barrett in October 2019, but they split in June 2020. They were called “Jessa” by their fans. Josh apparently contacted her after finding a video of hers on TikTok’s For You page.
In 2021, he began dating Julie Jisa, an Instagram star. In 2023, he was rumored to be dating Brazilian TikTok star Gabriela Moura.
