Garik Davtyan is an American social media star best known for his joint GnB profiles with his fiancée Britney on various platforms like TikTok and YouTube. He is also active on TikTok and Instagram on his personal profiles with the handle @garik2official. Early Life
Garik Davtyan attended Reseda High School in Los Angeles, California where he represented the Reseda Regents team in varsity football. He completed his school graduation in 2020. He previously attended Taft High School in Woodland Hills, California, and also represented their varsity team in 2017. Before joining social media, he was interested in a career in NFL or MMA.
Career
Garik Davtyan and his girlfriend Britney joined TikTok with their couples’ TikTok profile GnB in March 2020, shortly after they got together. They watched couples’ themed videos by popular social media couple Pau & Fabio and decided to recreate one from inside a car. It became their first viral video and provided them further encouragement to continue making couples’ themed content covering lip-syncs, dance, pranks, challenges, and other trending topics. Apart from their joint channel, Garik has his personal TikTok profile with the handle @garik2official, while also appearing in videos on Britney’s personal profile, @britney.official. He further has a personal Instagram profile with the handle @garik2official, where he initially shared pictures of him playing football. Now he posts snaps from his daily life, often flaunting his cars. He doesn’t have a joint profile with Britney on Instagram.
He and Britney launched their joint YouTube channel GnB on May 5, 2020 and posted their first video, titled Las Vegas with G&B, in August that year. On YouTube, they post a variety of content including pranks, challenges, vlogs, and various couples’ themed videos. Their engagement video, THIS PROPOSAL IS TRULY UNFORGETTABLE!!! (SUPER EMOTIONAL), is currently the most watched video on the channel. While he doesn’t have a personal YouTube channel, Britney has one, called Britney Official, on which he makes regular appearances on videos that generally cover similar themes like in their joint channel, but also include video about makeup and fashion. He and Britney also created a Shorts channel called GnB Shorts in December 2021, although they do not maintain it regularly.
Family Life
Garik Davtyan, who is of Armenian descent, was born and raised in the United States. He has a brother. He started dating Britney in early 2020 and the two became engaged in February 2023. They live together and own three Doberman dogs and a cat. Just a day after his engagement to Britney, she had to rush him to the hospital after he was bit by their pet dog Scar. In a vlog from the hospital, Britney explained that Scar didn’t get along well with another of their dog named Nitro and bit him after suddenly being jumped by the latter.
