Gabi Butler

Gabi Butler is an all-star cheerleading athlete who has gained widespread recognition through her appearances on the Netflix docuseries "Cheer," the Awesomeness TV series "Cheerleaders," and the YouTube series "Cheer Full Out." Starting her cheerleading journey at the age of eight, Gabi quickly became known for her flexibility as a flyer and her strong tumbling skills. Her impressive talents have earned her two world titles and two collegiate national titles in cheerleading. Gabi's team victory at a 24-team event was documented in the movie "The Champions League." She has also appeared on an ABC Nightline special in July 2014, which highlighted the intense nature of all-star competitive cheerleading. Additionally, in 2013, she made guest appearances on the web series "Make Me Over" and "IMO."

Career & Family Life

Born in Boca Raton, Gabi spends considerable time with her host family in Ventura, California, where she trains with her World Champion Team. She has two sisters, Ashley and Amanda, and a brother named John Michael. Her parents are Debbie and John. In 2012, Gabi began traveling the world to teach clinics to athletes alongside World Champion power tumbler Kiara Nowlin. She was also a member of the California cheerleading team SMOED, alongside Robert Scianna. Through her dedication and skill, Gabi has cultivated a significant following on social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, solidifying her status as a prominent figure in the cheerleading community.
