Eden Harvz is an English social media star who rose to fame for her Eat with Eden series on her TikTok profile @edenharvzofficial during the Covid-19 lockdown. She had previously amassed a small fan base on her YouTube channel Edenharvz, but was inactive on the channel for a long time. She is now more popular on her podcast channel Outspoken with Eden Harvz. Although she had disabled her TikTok and Instagram profiles due to trolling, she is now back on her Instagram profile @edenharvzofficial.
Social Media Career
Eden Harvz had joined YouTube in February 2017 and began uploading videos the next month. She started out posting popular YouTube stuff like what’s in my bag, makeup beauty and fashion videos, and story time videos. She stopped posting in June 2018 after revealing that she had broken up with her boyfriend Dan, but later returned to YouTube in November 2019 after realizing that she still had a few thousand followers. She later made a second YouTube channel called Outspoken with Eden Harvz in March 2023 and posts podcasts with others regularly.
She had initially set up her TikTok profile in November 2019 to record short lip syncing and miming videos to support her passion for acting. She also made makeup videos. However, during the Covid-19 lockdown, it was her daily ‘Eat with Eden’ series of videos that became especially popular among her fans who flocked to her profile every evening from 6.30pm to eat their meals together. She told KentLive that watching her videos and interacting with her helped people struggling with different forms of loneliness during the lockdown. She further added that her followers included widows, single parents and people in abusive relationships.
Controversy
Eden Harvz was embroiled into a controversy in late 2022 when during a live TikTok session, she appeared to respond rudely to a viewer who had asked her, “Eden, are you okay? You seem to be going through a lot of the same things I have recently.” Thinking it was a troll, she stated that she was certain that their situations were different, but her fans were not pleased with the response, forcing her to delete the clip. Around the same time, tickets for a TikTok event where she was supposed to speak were all bought out by a troll, leaving her with an empty room. While some other influencers defended her from trolls, she subsequently deleted her TikTok and Instagram, but later reinstated her Instagram.
Family Life
Eden Harvz was born as Eden Alicia Harvey and has two sisters named Yasmin and Freya. Her mother is Carla Ann Harvey. At the age of 16, she dated a guy named Dan, with whom she broke up when she was 20 and started seeing her grandfather’s caregiver. She later got engaged to Lloyd Hume within three months of dating in 2022. She and Lloyd got married in July 2023. According to rumors, she had sexted with TikToker Dan Spragg when the latter’s girlfriend Chloe was heavily pregnant.
