Drippiejay, real name Jorge Sanchez, is a social media star and musical artist who started out on TikTok and later gained popularity on YouTube with his siblings Stephen, Kenya and Emiliano. He was active on a channel called Drippie Jay and the channel The JES Brothers with his two brothers, but is currently active on the channel J Brando. He has released several songs through his SoundCloud account @drippiejay. He is no longer active on Instagram or TikTok.
Career
Drippiejay started his social media journey on TikTok with the handle @drippiejay, where he posted comedy, point-of-view (POV), and lip-sync videos that often featured his own music. As his followers grew, he branched out to his YouTube channel Drippie Jay in July 2018 and his Instagram profile @drippiejay where he began posting outfit pictures in December 2019. His older brother Stephen was in fact the first among his siblings to launch a YouTube channel, and although Stephen didn’t do much on the channel, after Drippiejay earned some popularity on his personal YouTube channel, Stephen returned to make videos with his brothers Drippiejay and Emiliano on their joint channel The JES Brothers, which was created in March 2020, but currently has no videos. Drippiejay has deleted all his past posts as his Instagram profile is completely empty now. He is no longer active on TikTok either, although a profile with the handle, @drippiejayyyyy, possibly a fan account, contains some of his old posts.
Drippiejay, who is also a music artist, has been sharing his music through his SoundCloud profile @drippiejay since 2018. He mostly released Hip-Hop and Rap songs over the years including Demon, Bape Hoodie, Love Me, Dont Cry, Best I Ever had, All Star, Bad Bitch, and Fuck With The Team, apart from occasional R&B and Soul songs like Let it Go or Latin songs like Me Enamoré. His rise on social media coincided with his musical career, but he stopped producing new music after early 2021, around when he left most social media platforms. However, he released one more song called Miles Bridges in 2022. Although much of his older content is no longer available, Drippiejay is currently active on the YouTube channel titled J Brando on which he makes videos focused on music, fashion, vlogs and challenges. The first video on the channel, titled Day in a life || Productive morning, healthy eats, chill vibes..., was uploaded on May 30, 2022. He continued to make more vlogs, challenge videos, story time videos, Q&A’s, mukbang and more and often featured his brother Stephen and his sister Kenya in challenge and food themed videos. Despite mentioning in a Q&A that he would focus more on various social media platforms in 2023, he is only active on YouTube currently.
