Dhar Mann

Dhar Mann is a YouTube sensation known for his self-titled channel that features short, scripted videos often centered around important moral or inspirational themes. His channel has garnered over 21 million subscribers, with several of his most popular videos amassing over 30 million views each. In addition to his YouTube presence, Dhar is also the founder of the subscription makeup club LiveGlam. While studying political science and economics at the University of California, Davis, he established a real estate brokerage company. His social videos are produced by Dhar Mann Studios, a production company he founded in 2018. Besides YouTube, Dhar also shares his videos on his highly popular Instagram account, dhar.mann.

Career & Family Life

Born to entrepreneurs Baljit and Surinder Singh, founders of a taxi company, Dhar grew up in Oakland, California. He got engaged to popular Instagrammer Laura Gurrola in September 2019, and together they run the YouTube channel Dhar and Laura. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Ella Rose, on May 1, 2020, and their second daughter, Myla, on June 20, 2021. In addition to his work on social media, Dhar has been involved in early 21st-century efforts to reform marijuana laws, alongside television producer Ann Druyan.
