Christmas Abbott is a renowned CrossFit athlete celebrated for her numerous achievements, which have garnered her over 600,000 Instagram followers. Her groundbreaking accomplishment as the first woman to participate in a NASCAR pit crew in 2012 also stands out. Abbott's television debut came when she joined Big Brother 19 in 2017. Her journey into CrossFit began when she followed her mother to Iraq as a 22-year-old civilian contractor and lived there for four years. During this time, she discovered the sport that would become her passion. By December 2013, she had earned national recognition as an Olympic lifter at the American Open. The following year, she further expanded her influence in the fitness world by launching the Christmas Abbott CrossFit-centric workshop.

Career & Family Life

Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Abbott has maintained a close relationship with her parents and enjoys the company of her pet English bulldog named Fran. In October 2018, she welcomed a son named Loyal with Benjamin Bunn. Her personal life took a significant turn when she became engaged to her Big Brother co-star Memphis Garrett in June 2021, with the couple marrying in May 2022. Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce in March 2024. Notably, Abbott shares her Lynchburg roots with actor Skeet Ulrich, reflecting her deep connection to her hometown.
