Chills is known for his engrossing horror commentary on the YouTube channels Top15s and Chills. A fan favorite for his monotone voice, Chills launched his first channel, Top15s, on April 4, 2014. His first video on the channel, Top 15 TRUE Scary Stories That Will Make You CRINGE, was posted in December that year.
Some of his initial videos were about working the night shift and the playground at McDonald's. He later also began posting content on video game glitches and well-known conspiracy theories.

The mystery number 15 spot was the classic Burger King Foot Lettuce, which showed a man standing in two plastic bins of lettuce, with his shoes on. The man, a Burger King employee, was fired soon after. The shot, however, became a viral meme, and Chills also came to be known as the Burger King Foot Lettuce Guy.
He has also amassed thousands of followers on his Instagram account, dylan_is_chillin_yt. Dylan is equally popular on Twitter. In fact, on November 17, 2016, he revealed his face for the first time on Twitter and spoke about why he had deleted his old Twitter accounts. Chills is also known for his association with various charitable initiatives.
