Chaz Bono

Chaz Bono is an LGBT activist best known as the only child of Cher and Sonny Bono. He made the realization that he was gay at the age of 13. Later in life, he came to understand that he is transgender. From 2008 to 2010, Chaz underwent female-to-male gender reassignment surgery, marking a significant milestone in his journey towards living authentically.

Career & Family Life

In addition to his activism, Chaz gained public recognition by competing on the 13th season of Dancing with the Stars in 2011, where he faced off against Metta World Peace among others. His participation on the show brought further visibility to transgender issues.
