American country singer, vlogger, videographer, and YouTuber Bryan Lanning first shot to fame with his family vlog channel, Daily Bumps. The channel was created to showcase Missy’s first pregnancy. However, it soon turned into a vlog channel to showcase the family’s fun moments. Bryan later focused on music and debuted at number 9 on the iTunes Country Albums chart with his first country album, Same Town.

Early Life

Born in Emmett, Idaho, Bryan Lanning grew up in San Diego, California. He has a sister and was raised by his single mother.

Social Media Career

Long before the Lanning couple became famous on social media, Bryan’s wife, Missy, had launched her personal YouTube vlog channel, Bumps Along the Way, in 2012, to discuss her multiple miscarriages and support young women who had gone through the same ordeal.

On January 1, 2013, Bryan and Missy launched their family YouTube channel, Daily Bumps, when they learned they were expecting again. Soon, they had their first child, Oliver. Over the years, apart from documenting Missy’s pregnancies, the couple has posted entertaining family content, including travel and lifestyle vlogs and videos on cooking and pets. The channel has gained millions of subscribers, over the years.

Bryan had, however, created a personal channel on YouTube long back, in October 2012. He later focused on singing. His EP Going Home included the popular duet Steady, featuring singer Brennley Brown. In 2015, Bryan came up with the tracks This is Home and Who Knew, while in 2016, he released the EP Like a Lion.

By 2020, Bryan’s debut country album, Same Town, made it to #9 on its debut week on the iTunes Country Albums chart. Thus began his successful music career. Bryan then released the track Slide into My GM, which topped the Music Row chart.

In 2021, he earned several nominations for his singles Steady and Walls. The music video of Walls featured Bryan and 7-year-old Oliver. The video fetched an ISC nomination and was featured on People magazine.

In 2022, Bryan released the EP Watch Em Grow. Its title track was co-written by Bryan and Missy. The EP also featured tracks co-written with various Nashville songwriters. It was recorded live at East Iris in Tennessee.

Bryan has also made it to various editorial playlists. Bryan’s personal YouTube channel now mostly features his tracks and music videos and has gained thousands of subscribers. He has also gained fame on Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.

Family Life

Bryan and his wife, Missy, have been high-school sweethearts. They tried conceiving for 2 years, before Missy discovered she was expecting in late 2012. As soon as the couple found out they were going to have a child, they launched their YouTube channel and vlog to document the pregnancy. Soon their son, Oliver "Ollie" James, was born.

In 2015, the couple had their second son, Finley. On February 20, 2022, they declared they were expecting another child. In September that year, they had their third child and only daughter, Brielle.

Bryan and his family are now based in Nashville.
