Branson Tannerites is an American YouTuber who is a part of the Tannerites family, aka the Yawi family. He started appearing on YouTube alongside his parents and six younger siblings in vlogs and other popular YouTube content on the channels Tannerites and Yawi Vlogs. He eventually created his separate eponymous channel where he now appears with his wife Mara and their son Neymar.
Early Life
Branson Tannerites, who is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was chosen to serve as a missionary to Lyon, France for 2 years on December 1, 2016. He can speak French fluently.
Career
Branson Tannerites, along with his six siblings, appeared on the internet as part of the Tannerites YouTube channel launched by his parents in July 2015. The channel was originally created to document and cherish their lives after his mother beat cancer after going through 28 radiation sessions. Branson appeared in the very first video on the channel as he prepared to go to school for the first day of his senior year. He continued to appear in almost every video on the channel as the family vlogged about their daily routine and recorded important milestones in their lives. They also made videos covering challenges, travel, shopping hauls, and DIY tutorials. Some of the videos that centered upon him included Emotional Goodbye! Dropping Branson Off At The MTC, Branson's Big Day!!, Seaworld Trip!!!!, High School Graduation 2016!!!, Branson Did It!! and Branson's Morning Routine!!. He has also been a part of the family’s secondary channel, Yawi Vlogs By Tannerites, since it was created in June 2017.
Branson created his personal self-titled channel in March 2019 and uploaded his first video, Draw My Life 2 Year LDS Mission!!!, in April. He soon started making regular YouTube content like challenges and pranks. He eventually began featuring his girlfriend Mara in his videos, and after their marriage, the channel had briefly become a couple’s channel. As of now, the channel mostly tracks their son’s life through their videos, while he continues to appear in their family channels and his siblings’ channels.
Family Life
Branson Tannerites was born as the eldest of seven children of Johnny and Sarah Tanner, who collectively refer to their children as the Tannerites. His father was involved in Inside Sales at Lansing Building Products between 2004 and 2015 and later became a partner at LivingTags. His mother is a cancer survivor who had a tumor removed from her abdomen after the birth of her seventh child. Branson was born out of wedlock when both his parents were only 17 years old. They actually eloped to start a family. They went on to welcome six more children: Allie (b. 2001), Daniell (b. 2004), Savannah (b. 2007), Lizzy (b. 2009), Az (b. 2012) and Canyon (b. 2015).
He got engaged to his girlfriend Mara in 2020 and they got married later that year. They announced their pregnancy in 2021 and welcomed a son named Neymar in July 2022.
