Billie Shepherd is a prominent figure in the fashion industry as the Director of Minnies Boutique and is widely recognized for her time on the British reality show, The Only Way Is Essex, which she joined in 2010. Additionally, she showcased her skating skills on Dancing on Ice with partner Mark Hanretty.
