April Orgill is a professional hair stylist who created the YouTube channels Hair 101 with April and Aprils Life, the latter being a vlogging channel. Additionally, she and her husband Davey run the April and Davey family channel, which documents their family life. April became a professional hair stylist more than a decade before launching her YouTube career in January 2013. She attended Salt Lake Community College, where she studied barbering and cosmetology, and opened her vlogging channel in July of the same year. Besides hairstyling, April has worked as a professional photographer and has shared various recipes on her channels. She has also had a paid partnership deal with Jimmy Dean food company and promoted Shine Cosmetics and Perk Energy on her Instagram stories.
