Aparri is an American YouTuber and gamer best known for his eponymous channel on which he uploads videos about Animal Jam, a massively multiplayer online educational game primarily for kids. He often collaborates with fellow Animal Jam YouTubers and makes videos covering items, songs, updates, news and other stuff about the game. His channel became the most subscribed-to Animal Jam channel in March 2016.
Career
Aparri had originally started uploading Animal Jam videos on the YouTube channel 7AJ in 2014 (“7” was his old username in the Animal Jam game, but got banned). However, more than a year after it was deleted, he launched another channel with the name Aparri in February 2015. His first video on the channel, Welcome to my Channel!, was uploaded in April 2015. While his first channel was solely dedicated to Animal Jam content, in his first video on the Aparri channel, he had claimed that he would be making videos on at least three games: Animal Jam, Transformice and Tengaged. However, he ended up making only Animal Jam content on the channel. In the video, he also talked on Skype to WisteriaMoon, one of the fellow Animal Jam YouTubers he is regularly associated with alongside Bruizer, Julian2 and Wootmoo.
Animal Jam lets users create and customize their own animals, and Aparri is considered very rare in the game. He also owns some of the rarest items in the game. He makes content about a vast range of topics about the game, including covering different types of rare in-game items, adventure videos, scammer watches, training with a party, gaming with a party and videos covering Animal Jam glitches, news, updates, etc. He also interviewed Animal Jam hackers and made a video about songs in Animal Jam, which was one of his most popular videos. However, that video and several others were deleted by YouTube in mid-2015 because he had put extra metadata in the videos. He later remade the video, SONGS IN ANIMAL JAM!!, which is currently the most-watched video on his channel. In 2018, he announced leaving Animal Jam and YouTube, following which he dabbled in music, but he is currently back making Animal Jam videos on YouTube.
Family Life
Aparri’s real name is James. He has two brothers named Joe and Tom, and a sister named Sarah, who is also an Animal Jam gamer known as Bepper. Although he has mentioned it himself in his videos, some sources online claim that Bepper is not actually his sister. Apart from often calling WisteriaMoon while recording, he also featured his sister in many of his videos. Aparri actually got his username from the tribe name in one of the seasons of Survivor: Cagayan, one of his favorite shows. He showed his face for the first time in the video PO Box Opening in July 2016 and vlogged for the first time in the video THE SECRET IN MY ROOM!! in March 2017. He has been “shipped” with WisteriaMoon, Wootmoo and Julian2 by his fans.
