American TikToker, YouTuber, influencer, and actor Alyssa McKay shot to fame with her adorable lip syncs on TikTok and her “Rich Girl” videos on YouTube. She aspired to be an actor since childhood and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career soon after high school. It is believed Alyssa McKay was 9 when she was sent to a foster home. She was later adopted and grew up in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Portland State University.

Alyssa wanted to become an actor since her childhood days. As she grew up, she moved to Los Angeles to establish her career in the entertainment industry.
She made her social media debut in 2018, with profiles on all major online platforms. On TikTok, she was previously known as dreamylyss. She later changed her TikTok username to alyssamckayyy. Over the years, her lip syncs and entertaining content on the platform have gained her over 461 million likes and more than 10 million followers.
She launched her YouTube channel on July 9, 2018. However, she posted her first video on the platform, KYLIE JENNER'S BROTHER TRIES TO DROWN ME ft. Emanuel Jenner & Levi Underhill, on July 26, 2019. Her other popular videos on the channel include RECREATING DOVE CAMERON'S INSTAGRAM and PSYCHO “BEST FRIEND” LIED AND TRIED TO BE ME. Many of her videos feature the fictional “Rich Girl” alter-ego, which was inspired by characters such as Cher from Clueless and Elle Woods from Legally Blonde. In 2019, Alyssa started dating TikTok celebrity Levi Underhill. Levi is the younger brother of internet celebrity Jesse Underhill.
Alyssa has a Doxie dog named Ayla, whom she has featured in her TikTok clips. She also owns an orange tabby cat named Indy. Both her pets have their individual Instagram profiles. Alyssa now stays in New York.
